1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
• We cannot accept returns for items marked Final Sale, gift cards, or customized products.

3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
4. After inspection, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or credit card).
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider.

7. International Returns

• International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

• International: Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. This offer applies automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
